Dink murder investigation: Yorulmaz arrested, Ali Öz detained
As part of Hrant Dink murder investigation, the number of detained suspects has risen to 28 with the detention of 3 more personnel from Trabzon Gendarmerie, including Trabzon Provincial Gendarmerie Regiment Commander Ali Öz. Ergün Yorulmaz from Trabzon Gendarmerie Intelligence Branch is arrested.

The night that unsettled Turkey: July 15
After the attempted coup on July 15, which left 204 dead and 1491 injured, a wide operation in state institutions continue; officials are either arrested or suspended. As of Wednesday, some 2000 people are arrested and more than 50,000 civil servants are suspended as part of the investigation reaching to Turkish Armed Forces, public institutions and judiciary. It is expected that the investigations, detentions and purge will go on.

An armed group stormed a police station in Armenian capital Yerevan. It is reported that there are 7 hostages. A police officer was killed and 2 people are injured.

A group within Turkish military attempted to overthrow the government last night. The coup is forced back early in this morning, but the tension continues in Turkey. According Prime Minister Binali Yıldırım, 161 people were killed and 1440 people were injured. He also stated that the organizers of the coup are detained.
