The indictment against public officials joins together with the main case
The indictment prepared for trying the public officials as part of Hrant Dink case is joined together the main case in 5th High Penal Court.
Istanbul 14th High Penal Court decided that the new case with 26 suspects to be joined together with the main case in Istanbul 5th High Penal Court.
The indictment against 26 suspects who are claimed to be committed to crime of omission was sent to court last week.
Ramazan Akyürek, Ali Fuat Yılmazer, Muhittin Zenit, Ercan Demir and Özkan Mumcu, who are among the public officials accused of omission in the indictment, are already arrested and the court decided on continuation of their detention.
