According to initial information, one person is killed and 3 people are injured.
Rescue crews and medical teams were transferred to the explosion scene.
It is stated that howitzers hit the building and the schoolyard and the person who is killed is the janitor of the school.
After the explosion, the nearby schools were evacuated.
