Dink case: the indictment returned for the second time
The third indictment that was issued as part of Dink case was sent back to the prosecutor's office for the second time.
Previously, the indictment was sent to 14th High Penal Court with the request of joining it to the main case. The court had sent it back to the prosecutor's office on the ground that it is incomplete.
The indictment in question involves the alleged relation between Dink murder and Fethullah Güen movement (so-called FETÖ). Naming Gülen as the number one suspect, the indictment involves 51 suspects, including former prosecutor Zekeriya Öz and closed-down Zaman newspaper's director Ekrem Dumanlı.
